I currently work as an assistant editor of the illustration resource site Illustration Age and I’m proud to be involved in a mentoring project with illustrator Thomas James.

{I love to incorporate delicate detail, pattern, blocks of color, and great design into my work. I admire clever and humorous concepts in illustration and implement the same in my own work.

I graduated with a BFA in illustration from Brigham Young University, where I studied under Richard Hull, Robert Barrett, and Bethanne Andersen (with help from Chris Thornock and Jake Parker). During that time, I worked for two years as a graphic artist and illustrator at BYU Independent Study under the art direction of Suzy Gerhart.}
